The Swiss Elite Surfing Academy (SESA) is a non-profit Swiss surf training organization specialized in the development of world-class surf training, with services in technical analysis, sports psychology, nutrition and other tools to improve the skills of the Swiss national team athletes and up-and-coming surfers.
The academy focuses on the development of Swiss athletes with potential, offering a range of programs tailored to their individual needs and skills levels. These programs include intensive training camps at the ocean, coaching and support for travel and competition expenses.
As well as developing and preparing athletes, SESA is committed to promoting cultural and social exchanges between athletes from different nations. Collaborative training with other federations and academies encourages exchanges with top foreign athletes. It is convinced that this approach can help promote greater diversity and inclusion in the surfing industry, and contribute to the development of the Olympic movement as a whole.
The SESA is recognized by Swiss Surfing as the only official surf training structure.
